Product Information

Our napkins are designed to maintain their vibrant appearance through regular use. As with most water-based napkins, some color transfer may occur if they become wet and rubbed against surfaces or fabrics. Any transferred color is intended to clean off easily with standard laundering or surface cleaning.

Orders

If you wish to modify your order after it has been placed, please contact us at info@hunterandfawn.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, changes may not always be possible.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Google Pay.

Shipping Information

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only and are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items remain in their original, unused, and resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive your return. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.

Exchanges

We are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
